In what may be a historic turning point, an FLDS church spokesman spent four hours Thursday with representatives of the Utah Attorney General's Office - a meeting both sides described as a small, first step toward more open communication.So does this mean that Jeffs no longer has his hands on the reins? detente?
Could things really be changing within the FLDS? First, they promise to stop underage marriages (but not plural marriages). Next, they voluntarily meet with "the anti-Christ":
